David S. Pepe is a Managing Director of Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and leads the firm's Orlando office. With over 30 years experience in the investment real estate business, Mr. Pepe has been responsible for the exclusive disposition and/or equity financing of nearly 20,000 multifamily units and over 13 million square feet of commercial property nationwide for regional and national owners, major institutions, and money center banks. Prior to joining Rockwood in 2004, Mr. Pepe spent 10 years as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Services Group. Mr. Pepe has successfully completed over 100 exclusive investment sales, equity financing and corporate services assignments with an aggregate value exceeding $4 billion. Mr. Pepe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida and went on to pursue his Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
