Thomas Dobrowski is a Managing Director of Rockwood Real Estate Advisors. His broad knowledge and expertise in the real estate capital markets reflects career experience that encompasses all major property types across a wide range of geographies. Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Dobrowski has largely focused on retail and office properties throughout the US, and has been responsible for debt and equity real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Dobrowski joined Rockwood from Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group, where he worked on a wide range of domestic and international assignments covering multiple property types and capital structures. Previously, he was also employed in Morgan Stanley’s Equity Research Division, covering hotel and gaming companies. Mr. Dobrowski holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
