The loan disposition process requires an interdisciplinary skill set and approach. Analysis of the structure of the loan and its position within the overall capital stack must be complemented by a complete understanding of the borrower’s financial condition and health. In turn, the loan’s overall performance cannot be evaluated without thorough due diligence of property and market fundamentals, which ultimately drive cash flow.

As the composition of the pool of potential buyers will vary dramatically depending on the loan’s performance status and position within the capital stack, Rockwood takes all of these factors into account to produce offering materials which address the concerns and strategies of the target buyer.
